Shipping charges

Processing & delivery time

Orders are dispatched on the next business day after your order (or payment confirmation). After dispatch, delivery takes the number of business days shown below for your area. Business days are Monday to Saturday.

These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery time can vary with courier serviceability, public holidays and local conditions. You can see the estimate for your pincode on any product page.

Delivery issues

If a delivery attempt fails because of an incomplete or incorrect address, or nobody was available to receive it, we'll get in touch using the contact details on your order to arrange redelivery. For items that arrive damaged, or an order that doesn't arrive, see our Returns & Refund Policy.
